Our  Clover Honey is a naturally set, creamy honey sourced from the pastures of New Zealand. A pale honey, its aroma is floral with notes of caramel, butter and vanilla. It has a warm palate of butterscotch and a very mild finish. It’s mild flavour will enhance any food and is delicious with Pecorino or a creamy English Lancashire Cheese.

As honey aficionado's we have selected a small number of honeys to compliment our own Scottish honeys. The range offers a broad range of flavours and textures. They are all monofloral (single flower) honeys and have been carefully selected by ourselves for their unique taste and quality.

All our honeys are scientifically and organoleptically tested to ensure they meet quality standards. Full honey analysis certificates are available on request.
